Production Description

      High temperature heating furnace uses silicon carbon rod as heating element, heating on three sides, the bottom furnace is equipped with 40mm thick high temperature cast iron plate, advance preheating casting mold, preheating temperature and time can be controlled. The equipment adopts double shell structure and programmed temperature control system, and the furnace adopts high purity alumina poly-crystalline fiber material for heat preservation and energy saving. The electric control cabinet is equipped with 7-inch LCD touch screen control, which is convenient for customers to program and operate.
