1.The melting point of nickel is 1455 degrees, nickel has strong alkali resistance and corrosion resistance, so nickel crucible is often used to melt iron alloy, slag, clay, refractory materials.

2.With nickel crucible melting sample temperature should not exceed 700 degrees, because at high temperature, nickel is easy to be oxidized

3.Nickel crucible can not be used for precipitation burning.

4.Nickel crucible is not suitable for acidic solvents and sulphur-containing alkaline sulfide flux melting samples.

5.Molten state of Al, Zn, Pb, Sn, Hg and other metal salts, can make the nickel crucible brittle.

6.Nickel crucible often contains micro chromium, should pay attention to when using.
