Production Description:

  The SG-JSL1000 high temperature stainless steel well furnace utilizes the top-opening furnace door, which adopts the double shell structure and temperature control system. The furnace adopts alumina poly-crystalline fiber material, which has good thermal insulation performance and energy saving.

Main Use And Applicant Scope:

  Ceramic, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemical industry, machinery, refractory materials, special materials, building materials, metal, non-metal materials tempering, annealing and other heat treatment and aluminum alloy quenching, solid fusion treatment, aging treatment and other sintering, melting, analysis, production and development of equipment.

Main Functions And Features:
1.The furnace adopts alumina poly-crystalline fiber material, good thermal insulation performance, durable, high tensile strength, no stray ball, high purity, obvious energy-saving effect, heating elements using resistance wire, greatly improve the service life;
2.Our software equipment through 485 or USB interface and computer interconnection, can achieve a single or multiple electric furnace remote control, real-time tracking, history, output reports and other functions; Paperless recording device can be installed to realize data storage and output;
3.High temperature alarm and power off, leakage protection, reliable operation;
4.Optional through the touch screen operation of the temperature control system for program control, simple operation;
5.The shell is designed with 304 stainless steel, the furnace is high purity alumina with resistance wire furnace, and the inner tank can be made of 310S stainless steel material;
6.The stainless steel control box is equipped with electric temperature control elements, and the whole equipment is equipped with a furnace rack (installation of vientiane casters);
7.The air inlet is equipped with an oxygen meter and flow meter, equipped with 316 intake pipe through the bottom of the inner tank, to ensure that the air intake meets the needs of the inner tank space; The inlet and outlet are standard 1/4 thread interfaces;
8. The electric control box is connected with a cooling fan to ensure that the surface of electrical components is cooled during work;
