Production Description:

  The three-side observation window box type furnace has the promising and logical designed construction. The quartz window can be customized according to the viewing range, temperature and size, the furnace shell adopts double-layer air-cooled structure, the furnace adopts high-purity and high-density alumina multi-product fiber materials, and the resistance wire heating, heat preservation and energy saving. The double-layer furnace shell is reliable, the microcomputer control can quickly raise and lower the temperature, the degree of automation is high, and the indicators have reached the advanced level.

  Lifting rotary table: electric control lifting (lifting stroke ≤150m, displacement accuracy ≤0.1mm) and rotation (rotation Angle ≤360° accuracy ≤0.1°), material 310S stainless steel, size 400*400m.

  Observation window: The furnace door is open in the middle 100mm quartz observation window, and the left and right sides are open in the middle 60mm quartz observation window (flared).
