The vacuum box type atmosphere furnace uses the resistance wire as heating element. The instrument has a good temperature control system, which is realized by thyristor control.The furnace tank uses the alumina poly-crystal fiber material, which has the excellent insulation effect. The furnace uses the double shell structure with the air cooling system and water cooling system, which can rapidly cool down.The furnace door is equipped with water cooling to prevent the sealing ring from aging too quickly and ensure the reliable sealing of the furnace door and furnace gall.
