The chamber uses the alumina poly-crystal fiber material,which has the excellent heat insulation effect. The equipment uses the double shell structure. At the same time, the instrument has air cooling and water cooling system, which can quickly cool down. The furnace door is equipped with water cooling to prevent the sealing ring from aging too quickly and ensure the reliable sealing of the furnace door and furnace gall.
