The JSL series shaft furnace features an openable door and optional heating elements such asresistance wire, silicon carbon rods, or silicon molybdenum rods. The furnace body and chamber typicallyadopt a circular shaft structure. lt is specifically designed for high-temperature heat treatments such asquenching, annealing, and normalizing of metals, nonmetals, and other chemical compounds inlaboratories of universities, research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprises. it can be equippedwith a touchscreen for programmable control of the vacuum system, gas filing system, and temperaturecontrol system, offering easy and precise operation. it is primarily used in ceramics, metallurgy, electronicsglass, chemicals, machinery, building materials, metals, and many other customized processes includingtempering,hardening,stress relief, sintering, and welding.

Equipment Introduction:

  Massive Structure:The complete set of equipment consists of electric furnace shell, furnace lining, heating element, electrical control system and vacuum charging system.

Furnace Shell: The shell is welded with Q235 carbon steel, the surface of the shell is painted at high temperature, the upper cover is opened, and the parts near the furnace door that are in contact with high temperature are made of stainless steel. Stove lid opening mode Manually open the lid.

  Furnace Cauldron:The furnace is made of high purity alumina fiber material by unique numerical control technology, which has strong thermal shock resistance. After the lining system is completed, a layer of high temperature curing agent is sprayed on the surface to form a layer of heat insulation wall, which increases the decent strength and thermal radiation performance of the lining, and further reduces the heat storage loss of the lining body to achieve rapid heating effect, maximize the thermal efficiency of the furnace, and has good energy saving effect. The thermal insulation material is made of high aluminum fiber refractory fiber products with good thermal insulation effect.

  Heating Element: The resistance wire is embedded in the furnace wall and the bottom of the furnace at 360°, which has high radiation efficiency, strengthens the heat exchange in the furnace, improves the furnace thermal efficiency, and extends the service life of the electric heating element.

Electrical control system: separate control cabinet, the internal electrical components are fixed with skeleton support structure, easy to check and maintain the components in the cabinet. And has good ventilation and heat dissipation function, improve the working environment of electrical components.
  Temperature control: LCD touch screen control, through the reasonable parameter setting, can achieve the best control temperature in the temperature zone, the control system has PID parameter self-tuning function, the combination of expert module and control algorithm, to achieve precise temperature control, effectively inhibit temperature overshooting, with recording curve,485 communication interface connected to the computer. The over-temperature alarm system has the functions of cutting off the main circuit, sound and light alarm and automatic recovery and dissolving. When the temperature control couple breaks, the control system can automatically cut off the main circuit power supply and issue sound and light alarm.
  Vacuum charging system: The vacuum system is mainly composed of mechanical pump, electromagnetic pressure differential valve, vacuum gauge, vacuum gauge, vacuum joint, vacuum bellows and vacuum seals.
  Inflation device (excluding gas drying, gas filtration, gas leak detection device) is mainly composed of electric charging valve, float flow-meter, inflation pipeline, exhaust valve, pressure sensor, etc., for the process required to fill argon, nitrogen atmosphere requirements, the maximum inflation pressure ≤0.03MPa (micro positive pressure, gauge pressure).
  Water cooling system: The water cooling system consists of chiller, water inlet pipe, water outlet pipe, valve, PU water pipe, etc.
